How the price stays the price: text photos of your doors and windows and the quote is confirmed before we book — no surprises on either side. Standard materials (weatherstripping, sweeps, film, caulk, batteries) are included; specialty products are billed at cost. Rotted trim, broken glass, or failed window seals are quoted separately. Exterior caulking needs a dry day above 40°F and may be scheduled as a second visit. Larger homes or extra windows ($10 each) are quoted from your photos.
